7. Facebook Integration

MyCustomr allows users to optionally connect their Facebook Page and Lead Ad forms to their account. When this integration is enabled, the following applies:

What we collect from Facebook

• The name and ID of your connected Facebook Page
• The name and ID of your selected Lead Ad form
• Lead data submitted through your Facebook Lead Ad forms, including contact details such as name, email address and phone number

How we use it

This data is imported directly into your MyCustomr account and used solely to help you manage and follow up with your leads. We do not use Facebook data for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than providing the CRM service.

How long we keep it

Facebook lead data is retained for as long as your MyCustomr account is active. You can delete individual leads at any time within the app. If you disconnect the Facebook integration or close your account, your data is handled in accordance with Section 9 of this policy.

Revoking access

You can disconnect the Facebook integration at any time from within the MyCustomr app. You can also remove MyCustomr's access to your Facebook Pages directly via your Facebook account settings at facebook.com/settings.

MyCustomr's use of Facebook data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Meta's Developer Policies.

8. Your Rights

Under data protection laws you have the right to:

13. Account Deletion

You can delete your MyCustomr account at any time from the web dashboard. However, if you are unable to log in or prefer to request deletion by email, you can contact us directly and we will delete your account and all associated data on your behalf.

Please include the email address associated with your account in your message. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days. Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered.
